The strategy sessions is designed to achieve two objectives:

1) Provide you with a tailored strategy to grow your law firm - regardless if we move forward together.

2) Find the right fit for both you AND us.
Not all programs are right for you, and not all clients are right for us. We take too much pride in our high success rate, the quality and high standards of service to accept just anybody.

Due to the intensive done-for-you workload, we MAY only accept 3 clients per year into our program.

Over the past 3 years we have only worked with 1 cohort per year to ensure our clients receive the top tier service they deserve.

Frequently, our clients retain our services long-term thus eliminating any availability until the next calendar year.

The Founders program is not for those who are not fully invested in their firm’s success and are happy just billing hours until they retire.

It’s also not suitable for individuals who aren’t ready to commit to implementing the systems to take their business to the next level.

The Program is ideal for firms between 50K & 500K in monthly recurring revenue, and team between 3-30 people. If you are fully committed to growth and coaching, we can help grow your firm.
